WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US As our Senior Business Consultant (Onboarding & Integration) , you'll be the primary business contact for external parties during the outreach process. You'll untangle complex issues, bridge the gap between client needs and product development, and make sure the right things get resolved by the right people — quickly and clearly. This is a role for someone who knows the post-trade world deeply, communicates with confidence at senior levels, and is energised by complexity rather than slowed down by it. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Your day to day will span outreach, coordination, and hands-on problem-solving across the onboarding lifecycle: Initiate contact with custodians, brokers, and other financial data providers Establish files, formats, communication channels, frequency, and timelines Lead the alignment of mapping external data with internal integration models Ensure correct resources are engaged and mapping is actively being addressed Oversee and orchestrate end-to-end testing cycles Ensure correct resources are engaged and testing is actively being addressed Coordinate with SWIFT and non-SWIFT data integration partners Ensure efficient, correct, secure and timely data flow Oversee final deployment activities Track success metrics and resolve post-go-live issues WHAT WE VALUE Experience coordinating onboarding, integration, or implementation projects in asset management or asset servicing Hands-on knowledge of data mapping and interfacing challenges between external providers and internal systems Experience planning and driving cross-functional testing cycles to completion Working knowledge of SWIFT and non-SWIFT data integration channels Experience with SimCorp Dimension or a comparable platform is a strong advantage A genuine understanding of custodians, brokers, and other financial data providers Confident communicator, comfortable coordinating across external parties and internal stakeholders Fluent in English BENEFITS SimCorp offers several benefits that might play a significant factor in considering whether to accept a job offer.
