About the Role
HyLogic is looking for a Senior Business Consultant with experience in supply chain planning, process improvement, and planning transformation. The role involves working directly with clients to understand current planning processes, identify improvement opportunities, design future-state processes, and then support their implementation.
This role is the dot connector between planning process, analytics, and planning technology. You will lead a defined workstream or project topic, work with varying levels of stakeholders, and be accountable for the quality and timeliness of project deliverables. Client engagements vary in scope and industry. To be successful in this role, the candidate should be comfortable leading through ambiguity to provide clear client direction and make well-reasoned decisions even when information is incomplete.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain planning, planning transformation, or supply chain consulting
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning, with working knowledge across several planning areas or significant depth in one
  • Experience leading or contributing substantially to process improvement or transformation work, not only running a planning process
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, and comfort working with planning data
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders, including at senior levels
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a defined workstream independently and manage its scope, risks, and timeline
  • Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Working familiarity with how advanced planning systems support planning processes
Responsibilities
  • Lead a supply chain planning or transformation workstream from assessment through design and implementation support
  • Assess current planning processes, data, and ways of working, and identify improvement opportunities
  • Plan and facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and design sessions, and help client teams reach decisions
  • Design future-state planning processes, including roles, cadence, decision rights, and governance
  • Analyze planning and supply chain data to support diagnostics, recommendations, and business cases
  • Translate business needs into process designs and functional requirements for planning systems
  • Support planning technology implementations through design input, testing, training, and adoption activities
  • Develop recommendations and client-ready deliverables, and present them to business and technical audiences
  • Coordinate with other workstreams and mentor less experienced consultants
Nice to have
  • IBP or S&OP design and transformation experience
  • Experience in a Supply Chain or Planning Center of Excellence
  • Experience on APS implementations with o9, Kinaxis, SAP IBP/APO, Blue Yonder, Oracle, Anaplan, or comparable platforms
  • Working knowledge of SQL, relational data models, or analytics and visualization tools
  • ASCM/APICS or relevant planning technology certifications
Perks & Benefits
  • Private medical care and sports card.
  • Meal subsidies and guaranteed parking at the office.
  • Regular team integrations and off-sites.
  • Training and development opportunities.
  • Hybrid/Remote work model
