We're expanding our commercial team across Indonesia and looking for a Senior Business Development professional to drive growth in Jakarta, Bandung, and Surabaya.

ChatPlusAI delivers tools that help online sellers enhance customer interactions, streamline operations, and increase sales performance. Job Description:

🔹 Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with eCommerce brands, marketplaces, and retail clients across your region

🔹 Own the full sales cycle end-to-end — from prospecting, pitching, negotiation, to closing

🔹 Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

🔹 Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to local market dynamics

🔹 Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs

🔹 Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

🔹 Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform company strategy

Qualifications

• Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with a proven ability to create and convert opportunities.
• Solid understanding of business fundamentals and commercial acumen, including experience in revenue growth and market expansion.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in account management, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and maximizing account value.
• Experience in SaaS, AI solutions, or eCommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, AliExpress, Tokopedia) is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities between on-site meetings and remote work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and/or Mandarin is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills, with comfort using CRM tools and basic sales analytics.
