Senior Business Development Executive (B2B SaaS)

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record in acquiring new logos and driving revenue growth. This role requires a hunter mindset, with the ability to engage enterprise clients, manage the full sales cycle, and close strategic deals. Key Responsibilities: Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base. Drive new logo acquisition through proactive outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic pipeline development. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal presentation, negotiation, and closing. Engage C-level and senior stakeholders within enterprise organizations to understand business needs and position appropriate SaaS solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and key decision-makers. Own and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting through CRM tools. Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure successful client onboarding and long-term satisfaction. Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
