Why This Role Is Different Direct line to the CEO — shape strategy, not just execute it Uncapped earnings — your performance = your paycheck Proven solution — 300+ daily routes, 350+ drivers, 24/7/365 operations Massive growth runway — backed by private equity and scaling fast What You’ll Do Win big accounts across hospital systems, labs, pharmacies, and IDNs Sell a full-service healthcare logistics platform (STAT courier, dedicated routes, lab transport, pharma distribution, warehousing) Build and own a robust sales pipeline — from first touch through close Lead RFPs, pricing, and C-suite negotiations Turn single-department wins into enterprise-wide partnerships Be the face of VDS in the Northeast market What You Bring At least 5–10+ years in B2B sales, including healthcare or logistics A true hunter mindset — you thrive on building new business A track record of closing complex deals ($250K+ annually) Strong relationships with hospital, lab, or supply chain leaders Direct experience selling logistics, courier, supply chain, or healthcare services Demonstrated track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with average contract values of $250K+ annually.
