Senior Business Development Manager | Amsterdam | €100k OTE

🌱 Join an established, sustainability-focused business serving leading hospitality and catering groups.

An exciting opportunity to drive growth across Amsterdam and the wider Dutch market, selling specialist kitchen equipment services to five-star hotels, corporate caterers, sports stadia and major hospitality groups.

You'll leverage existing business agreements, identify new opportunities and build relationships with senior decision-makers across Procurement, Operations, Health & Safety and Sustainability. This is a consultative, relationship-led role with the autonomy to develop your territory and make a real impact on European growth.

What we're looking for:

* 3+ years' B2B sales experience within hospitality, hotels or contract catering

* Proven full-cycle business development experience

* Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills

* Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable working autonomously

* Fluent Dutch and business-level English

* Live within a commutable distance of Amsterdam

* Ambitious mindset with team management skills

The package:

💰 €60,000 basic + 📈 Monthly commission (OTE €100,000)
