PU Prime is a leading global CFD broker serving clients in 190+ countries. As part of our expansion in Kenya, we are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to accelerate business growth, expand our partner network, and strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, and strategic partners.
• Bring an existing portfolio of active IBs and clients to drive immediate business growth.
• Acquire new clients and increase Net Deposits and trading volume.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners and high-value clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and execute market expansion strategies.
• Monitor partner performance and achieve monthly business targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Senior Management to drive regional growth initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Business Development or Sales experience in the Forex & CFD industry.
• Existing network of IBs, Affiliates, and active clients in Kenya is required.
• Proven track record of achieving sales, Net Deposit, and revenue targets.
• Ability to provide the last 3 months business performance records.
• Strong knowledge of Forex, CFDs, MT4/MT5, and partnership business models.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Fluent in English; Swahili is an advantage.
