PU Prime is a leading global CFD broker serving clients in 190+ countries. As part of our continued expansion in South Africa, we are looking for an experienced Senior BDM / Team Leader to lead business growth, manage a high-performing team, and expand our IB and client network.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of Business Development Managers.
• Bring an existing team, active IB network, and client portfolio.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop BDMs, IBs, Affiliates, and strategic partners.
• Drive Net Deposits, trading volume, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Set team KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure monthly targets are achieved.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with IBs, Affiliates, and high-value clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand PU Prime's presence in South Africa.
• Provide regular team performance reports and business updates.
• Work closely with Marketing and Senior Management to execute growth strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Team Leadership within the Forex & CFD industry.
• Proven experience leading and managing a BDM/Sales team.
• Existing team, active IB network, and client portfolio are strongly preferred.
• Proven track record in Net Deposits, trading volume, and revenue generation.
• Ability to provide the last 3 months business performance records.
• Strong knowledge of Forex, CFDs, MT4/MT5, CRM, and IB partnership models.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong understanding of the South African Forex & CFD market.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially focused.
• Fluent in English.
• Comfortable working remotely.
