PU Prime is a leading global CFD broker serving clients in 190+ countries. As part of our continued expansion in South Africa, we are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager / Team Leader to drive business growth and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and develop a team of Business Development Managers.

- Bring an existing team, active IB network, and client portfolio.

- Recruit and onboard BDMs, Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, and strategic partners.

- Drive Net Deposits, trading volume, client acquisition, and revenue growth.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with IBs, Affiliates, and high-value clients.

- Set team KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure monthly targets are achieved.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand PU Prime's presence in South Africa.

- Work closely with Marketing and Senior Management to execute market growth strategies.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Team Leadership within the Forex & CFD industry.

- Proven experience leading a BDM or Sales team.

- Existing team, IB network, and active client portfolio are required.

- Proven track record in Net Deposits, trading volume, and revenue generation.

- Ability to provide the last 3 months' business performance records.

- Strong knowledge of Forex, CFDs, MT4/MT5, CRM, and IB partnership models.

- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and team management skills.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially focused.

- Fluent in English.

- Comfortable working remotely.
