Location; Remote About the Role Natus Medical Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Lead to provide technical leadership in translating business requirements into scalable system solutions. This role will lead our analytics transformation with a strong focus on Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric . It is a critical position responsible for transitioning from legacy BI platforms (including OBIEE) to a modern, Fabric-first data and analytics architecture . The ideal candidate will partner closely with stakeholders across Sales, Service and Finance to deliver scalable, executive-ready insights by integrating data from Oracle EBS and Salesforce into Power BI and Microsoft Fabric . Key Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of Power BI dashboards and enterprise analytics solutions Drive adoption and implementation of Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Pipelines, OneLake) Define and execute the BI modernization strategy , including migration from OBIEE Integrate data from Oracle EBS and Salesforce into unified Fabric-based data models Enable AI-driven insights using Microsoft Copilot within Power BI and Fabric Provide technical leadership, establish BI standards, and mentor team members Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics , including leadership roles Deep expertise in Microsoft Power BI (DAX, data modeling, performance tuning) Hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Fabric in production environments Strong SQL expertise, particularly with Oracle EBS Proven ability to deliver impactful analytics solutions across Sales, Service and Finance Canada Pay Transparency Clause This posting is for an existing vacancy. The expected annual base salary for this position is $160,000 CAD . This role may also be eligible for a company bonus or commission plan, as applicable to the position.
