Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- This position is remote, candidate must reside in one of the following states: AL, AZ, DC, FL, GA, ID, MD, MS, NJ, NC, OK, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV

Occasional travel may be required. Candidates should be able to attend meetings at FAA facilities and other locations throughout the Continental United States (CONUS) as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in any field or discipline
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to perform work closely related to the assigned tasks and work products.
- Strong written, verbal, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work with sensitive, confidential, or regulated information and follow FAA and federal policies and procedures.
- Ability to use FAA-issued accounts and Government-designated collaboration and task-tracking systems as required
Preferred Qualifications:
- FAA or other federal consulting experience.
- Experience in enterprise data governance, DGC/Collibra, EDP adoption, organizational change, or AI use-case development.
- Experience working in high-tempo, multi-stakeholder technical programs.
Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, technical, security, and operational requirements with business, engineering, governance, and security stakeholders.
- Map current-state and future-state processes, data flows, system behaviors, constraints, dependencies, roles, decision points, and control requirements.
- Translate stakeholder objectives into user stories, acceptance criteria, business process models, implementation plans, and traceable requirements.
- Assess governance operating models across FAA Lines of Business and Staff Offices to identify gaps, inefficiencies, automation opportunities, adoption risks, and process-standardization needs.
- Support development of stakeholder engagement strategies, process design documents, adoption risk and mitigation plans, updated governance models, AI-readiness assessments, and change-enablement roadmaps.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, reviews, and decision sessions; reconcile competing priorities and build clear recommendations for program and product leadership.
- Support AI use-case identification and needs analysis, including documenting business value, feasibility, roles, integration considerations, initial labor needs, and expected outcomes.
- Mentor analysts, maintain high-quality documentation, support backlog prioritization, and coordinate readiness, communications, training, and adoption activities.
- Handle sensitive or regulated information with discretion and ensure analysis products align with FAA and federal standards.
