Senior Business Process Analyst / Consultant at BairesDev

In this role, you'll take senior ownership of business process mapping for complex application modernization efforts. You will guide both the analytical rigor and the client relationship as legacy and mainframe-class systems are re-architected into modern cloud platforms. This is your opportunity to bring seniority and judgment to high-stakes modernization engagements where process clarity determines project success.

What You'll Do:

- Lead business process mapping efforts for complex application modernization initiatives.

- Apply deep systems engineering expertise to analyze and document intricate workflows.

- Own client relationships throughout project-based, client-facing consulting engagements.

- Drive requirements gathering at a senior level, ensuring alignment across technical and business stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

- 7+ years of experience in business process mapping.

- Deep expertise in systems engineering.

- Strong consulting or professional services background with project-based, client-facing delivery experience.

- Proven experience with application modernization, re-architecting legacy or mainframe-class systems into modern cloud platforms targeting Java, Go, or .NET.

- Strong requirements gathering skills at a senior, stakeholder-facing level.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
