Senior Business Process Consultant

We have a current opportunity for a Senior Business Process Consultant on a contract basis. The position will be based in Munich. For further information about this position please apply. Independent Business Process Management (BPM) Expert interim project initially until 31.03.2025 with a potential extension workload of 3 days/week (20 hrs/week) remote with 2-4 days/month on site (Bavaria) Lead cross-functional process optimization and implementation projects in a global environment. Drive strategic transformation and digitalization initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate end-to-end process design and optimization Manage process analysis workshops and improvement projects Manage cross-functional projects and know-how transfer for stakeholders with process-oriented performance management especially with the global ERP Team and SAP S4 HANA stakeholders Develop and implement BPM strategies and product features, and the continuous optimization, digitalization, and automation of processes Provide training and coaching on process management Requirements: 5-8 years experience in BPM; Consulting background in Management, Process, or IT consulting Degree in Economics, Business Administration, IT, or comparable Expertise in process modeling (BPMN 2.0) and documentation Strong global project management and communication skills Innovation driver and leader, strategic thinker with a clear vision of BPM with high implementation skills and a “hands-on mentality” SAP S4 HANA knowledge (MM, MES, ICSM, DMC, BRH) Fluent English; German knowledge desired Experience with agile methodologies and product ownership a plus
