What We're Looking For:

Are you passionate about untangling complex operations and building seamless, scalable business processes?

We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Senior Business Process Management Analyst to join our dynamic Customer Success & Services (CS&S) team in Brno.

In this pivotal role, you will act as a core support function across our global services organisation. You will join an exciting, evolving team of experts, working closely with Lean Six Sigma mentors and change management professionals to transition our operations into a standardised, highly automated powerhouse. This isn't a generic project management position - it is a dedicated role for a process specialist who loves turning operational ambiguity into clear, optimised workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with Services teams to identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and the integration of cutting-edge technologies (such as AI).
• Drive cross-functional documentation initiatives. You will work with diverse teams to map out undocumented processes from scratch and build a robust, centralised process library.
• Foster closer collaboration across teams, ensuring that localised process improvements are seamlessly integrated into our standard global library.
• Own and govern key process areas, including managing our PRIME process tool, process training, and supporting the transition to our new process governance tool.
• Design, model, and standardise end-to-end business processes across key functions (including technical support, managed service delivery, service portfolio development, and post-sale customer success).
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to challenge the status quo and unearth hidden efficiency bottlenecks.
• Map complex workflows using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) standards.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of dedicated experience in a role focused heavily on business process mapping, modelling, and operational improvement (not just as an incidental part of another job).
• Deep expertise in process modelling tools (e.g., MS Visio) and a solid command of BPMN concepts.
• A strong track record of identifying automation and simplification opportunities.
• Exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders and lead virtual, cross-functional project teams.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (strongly preferred).
• Hands-on experience with digital transformation, AI tools, or improving sales/service-specific workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Incentive Compensation:

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 10% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
