Senior Business / System Analyst Apply We are looking for a Senior Business / System Analyst. 🗣 Language Proficiency: Intermediate 🌍 Candidate Location: EU, Serbia, Georgia, Armenia, Kazakhstan 🕐 Working Time Zone: CET 🚀 Start: ASAP 🧭 Planned Work Duration: Till the end of the year 👥 Customer Description: The customer is a global mobility and urban services platform providing transportation, delivery, intercity travel, and task assistance services. 🧩 Project Description: The project focuses on designing, analysing, and implementing finance automation initiatives. ⚙️ Project Phase: Ongoing 🤝 Soft Skills: • Analytical and structured thinking} • Strong communication and presentation skills} • Exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy} • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities} • Openness to feedback and collaboration} 💡 Hard Skills / Must Have: • At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field} • Experience in technology, finance, ERP implementation, or consulting} • Strong understanding of ERP systems} • Proficiency in process modelling using BPMN, UML, and flowcharts} • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including Excel and SQL} • Experience with issue tracking, documentation, and collaboration tools} • Knowledge of testing methodologies and UAT coordination} ✨ Hard Skills / Nice to Have (Optional): • Experience with business intelligence and data visualisation tools} • Familiarity with automation technologies and RPA tools} • Knowledge of finance processes} 📌 Responsibilities: • Collect, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders} • Conduct fit-gap analysis for system or process changes} • Map current-state and future-state business processes and identify automation or standardisation opportunities} • Ensure that requirements align with business strategy and compliance standards} • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications} • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate implementation and testing} • Support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution} • Validate implemented solutions against initial requirements} • Work with data and BI teams to ensure accurate data mapping, reconciliation, and reporting design} • Support data validation and integration activities between ERP and external systems} • Maintain clear and structured documentation of requirements, changes, and decisions} • Communicate regularly with key stakeholders regarding progress, risks, and issues} 🧪 Technology Stack: BPMN, UML, flowcharts, Excel, SQL, documentation tools 📞 Interview stages: • English check (15 minutes) • internal technical interview (1-1,5 hour) • client interview (1 hour) • client fit interview What we offer Model: B2B contract with Bonapolia - one contract, one monthly invoice Rate: negotiated per candidate seniority and client budget Payment: monthly invoice, paid on the same schedule the client pays us (usually 30 days) Contract written under your country's law We handle the client-side paperwork: MSA, NDA, invoicing 🏢 About Bonapolia Bonapolia is a family-owned IT staff augmentation team based in Lisbon.
