We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Functional Consultant to join a major Oracle Cloud HCM stabilisation project for a confidential financial institution in Luxembourg.
This is a project-based consulting assignment, with the possibility of extension. The role is primarily off-site, with onsite presence required during the first five working days for onboarding and familiarisation.
🔎 Key responsibilities
The consultant will contribute to the stabilisation and continuous improvement of an Oracle Cloud HCM environment, including:
• Analyse and resolve complex issues related to Oracle Cloud HCM functionality and interfaces
• Perform Fit-Gap Analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Define, document and validate business and functional requirements
• Design and validate solutions aligned with business needs
• Perform functional configuration changes in Oracle Cloud HCM
• Manage defects and coordinate with Oracle Support / internal IT
• Support structured testing and validation
• Produce clear, complete and traceable business and functional documentation
• Contribute to user adoption and solution validation
🧩 Required experience
The ideal candidate will have:
✅ Proven experience in Business Analysis and Testing
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience as a functional consultant with Oracle Cloud HCM
✅ Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR, including workforce structures, assignments, position synchronisation, workflows, Journeys / Guided Journeys, document records, compensation and grade structures
✅ Experience with Oracle HCM Security, including Areas of Responsibility, Data Roles and Auditing
✅ Strong knowledge of data analysis and data migration
✅ Hands-on experience with HDL and Spreadsheet Loader / mass uploads
✅ Experience integrating Oracle Cloud HCM with other systems
✅ Excellent English communication skills and a strong team-oriented approach
⭐ PeopleSoft HCM experience as an implementer or functional system administrator is considered an advantage.
