The Senior Buyer, Corporate Procurement EMEA, will partner closely with stakeholders across Marketing, IT, HR, Finance, Legal and other corporate functions to deliver sourcing, supplier management and value creation initiatives aligned with business objectives.

The role is responsible for leading strategic sourcing projects, supplier negotiations, contract management and category planning across assigned corporate spend categories within the EMEA region. The position will manage multiple suppliers and sub-categories while supporting business growth, risk mitigation, operational excellence and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Lead sourcing projects across Marketing, IT, HR and other assigned corporate indirect categories utilizing Energizer's Strategic Sourcing Process.
• Conduct spend, market and supplier analyses to identify cost savings, value creation and process improvement opportunities.
• Execute RFIs, RFPs, supplier negotiations and contract renewals independently.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand current and future business requirements.
• Develop and implement category strategies aligned with business objectives and procurement best practices.
• Identify and deliver productivity, cash flow improvement and value engineering opportunities.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance reviews and improvement initiatives.
• Support supplier risk management, business continuity and compliance programs.
• Track procurement KPIs, savings delivery and supplier performance metrics.
• Develop business cases and financial analyses to support procurement recommendations.
• Drive procurement policy compliance and stakeholder engagement across EMEA.
• Collaborate with global procurement teams to leverage best practices, preferred suppliers and strategic initiatives.

• Tracks procurement performance metrics
• Demonstrates knowledge of negotiation tools/techniques and apply them regularly when given opportunities
• Manages sophisticated financial analysis and business cases independently
• Demonstrates expertise in benchmark and should-cost analyses using competitive intelligence and reports
• Demonstrates an understanding in the Energizer strategic sourcing process
• Develops and implements sub-category procurement strategy, goals and savings targets in line with company strategy and procurement best practices for assigned areas

What we are looking for

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years of procurement and sourcing experience.
• Experience managing indirect procurement categories.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional sourcing projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements and supplier contracts.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical and financial evaluation capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently across multiple countries and functions.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience in Marketing, IT or HR procurement categories.
• Knowledge of software licensing and technology sourcing.
• Experience with agency and marketing procurement.
• Understanding of professional services procurement.
• SAP, Ariba and SRM experience.
• Experience supporting regional or global procurement organizations.
• Knowledge of eSourcing and eProcurement methodologies.
• Contract management and supplier performance management experience.

Work Environment

• Some travel required, up to 10%,
• Hybrid working model
• Regional responsibilities across multiple countries and stakeholders.
