Join a software engineering team developing high-performance, scalable applications. You'll solve complex technical problems across software architecture, performance and distributed systems.

What You'll Do

• Develop production software using modern C/C++.
• Optimise performance, memory and multithreaded systems.
• Work with distributed systems and networking.
• Contribute to software architecture and technical decisions.
• Troubleshoot complex performance and stability issues.
• Support testing, code reviews and CI/CD.
• Mentor and support other engineers.

What You'll Need

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar.
• Strong commercial C/C++ experience.
• Knowledge of algorithms, data structures and OOP.
• Experience with multithreading, concurrency and distributed systems.
• Strong Linux development skills.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, UDP or sockets.
• Experience with Git, testing and CI/CD.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• HPC / parallel programming
• Docker / containerisation
• Python or Bash
• gRPC, MPI or messaging systems
