About the Role
Join a plaintiff-side securities litigation team focused on evaluating and developing potential cases for institutional investors. You will help identify strong claims through careful analysis and investigation before matters are recommended to clients.

Use AI and data-driven tools to analyze large datasets, find patterns, and support case evaluation.
Prepare internal memoranda, loss analyses, and summaries for institutional investor clients.
Work with portfolio monitoring, analytics, financial experts, and investigators to assess liability theories.
What We're Looking For
Four or more years of securities litigation experience, with five or more preferred, ideally including plaintiff-side work or securities litigation at a large defense firm.
A JD from an accredited law school and strong legal research and writing skills.
Experience evaluating or investigating potential securities claims before filing, including familiarity with loss causation, damages analysis, or class period identification.
Experience using, or willingness to use, AI tools, legal research platforms, SEC filing databases, and data analytics tools.
Strong analytical judgment, intellectual curiosity, and a genuine interest in representing institutional investors on the plaintiff side.
A consistent employment history and ability to work effectively in a collaborative legal team.
