We are looking for a Raw Materials Procurement Specialist to support the effective execution of global supplier agreements across our European operations.
In this role, you will connect suppliers, breweries and Global Category teams, ensuring smooth contract execution, reliable supply and strong supplier performance. You will work in an international environment and contribute to the continuous improvement of our Raw Materials category.
Your responsibilities would include:
- ensuring effective execution and operational management of global Raw Materials contracts across European breweries
- coordinating day-to-day collaboration between suppliers, breweries and Global Category teams, acting as a key point of contact for operational topics
- monitoring supplier performance, delivery, volumes and agreed KPIs, and coordinating actions when issues or deviations occur
- supporting supplier relationship management, segmentation and continuous performance improvement
- monitoring business benefits, risks, opportunities and compliance with agreed contractual and commercial conditions
- providing data and insights supporting category performance reviews, business decisions and sustainability reporting.
You are a good match if you have:
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience in procurement, supply chain, supplier management, material planning, manufacturing operations or a related area.
- experience working with suppliers and/or production sites in an operational environment
- strong analytical skills and confidence working with data, KPIs and performance indicators
- good understanding of supply chain processes and the ability to identify and resolve operational issues
- strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and countries
- a proactive, structured and solution-oriented approach
- very good command of English.
Experience in Food & Beverage, FMCG or another manufacturing environment, particularly with raw materials or food ingredients, would be a strong advantage.
