We are looking for a Senior Change & Release Management Analyst to support an IT Change Management Automation project within a complex, regulated environment.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end release lifecycle
- Maintain release calendars, change windows, dependencies, and deployment plans
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Development, QA, SRE, and business teams
- Ensure release readiness and coordinate go-live activities
- Prepare stakeholder communications and release notes
- Track Change & Release KPIs, analyze trends, and identify risks
- Support post-release reviews, incidents, and lessons learned
- Ensure alignment with ITSM practices and regulatory requirements
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in Release Management, Change Management, IT Operations, or PMO
- Experience working in complex and/or highly regulated environments
- ServiceNow experience, especially Change & Release modules
- Knowledge of ITSM / Change & Release Management best practices
- Experience with MS Office and Power BI
- Good understanding of infrastructure environments: networks, servers, databases, cloud, and security
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Advanced English & Spanish
