A bit about you

You enjoy being trusted to take ownership of your work and the outcomes you deliver.

You are technically capable, commercially aware and understand that successful engineering is about more than producing a good design.

You consider constructability, programme, risk and client expectations when making decisions.

You enjoy working directly with clients, collaborating with designers and other disciplines, and finding practical solutions to complex engineering challenges.

You are equally comfortable contributing to major transport infrastructure projects and taking responsibility for smaller assignments where your individual expertise can have a significant impact.

Desired skills and experience

You will be a qualified Civil Engineer with a strong background in civil infrastructure design and delivery, ideally across roads and transport projects.

Experience with TMR projects and Queensland road infrastructure requirements will be highly regarded, together with the technical capability to develop practical engineering solutions and confidently manage client and project expectations.

RPEQ registration is preferred, although engineers actively working towards registration are encouraged to apply. Experience with 12d, CAD or Road Safety Auditor accreditation would also be advantageous.
