Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $90,400 to $113,000 based on a 35-hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity. As a Senior Claims Analyst , you’ll deliver top quality claim service and anticipate client needs by building strong and authentic relationships, using your liability claims expertise to manage complex losses, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver outcomes aligned with policy and client expectations. Previous experience handling a wide range of liability claims. Experience with medical malpractice and E&O is considered an asset. Proven track record of directing Independent Adjusters and Legal Counsel in the investigation, negotiation, and settlement of claims. Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative team player who thrives and works well with others to achieve goals. Possess strong analytical & organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
