Senior Client Manager

Crew is a specialized marketing agency focused on helping food, beverage, and QSR brands grow. We were founded by CPG marketers who believe great marketing can grow brands and impact lives.

We're looking for a Sr. Client Manager to own and grow a portfolio of clients while helping expand Crew's presence within their region.

This is more than an account management role. You'll act as a trusted advisor to clients, lead strategy development, drive business growth, and help shape the future of one of North America's fastest-growing food and beverage marketing agencies.

What You'll Do

• Lead and grow a portfolio of food, beverage, and QSR clients.
• Serve as the senior strategic advisor and primary client relationship lead.
• Develop marketing, brand, and campaign strategies that drive measurable business results.
• Lead annual planning, innovation, positioning, and growth initiatives for clients.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and grow revenue.
• Partner with Crew's creative, digital, social, and web teams to deliver exceptional work.
• Scope, negotiate, and oversee client agreements, budgets, and profitability.
• Build relationships with industry leaders and help grow Crew's business within your market.

What Success Looks Like

• Clients stay, grow, and recommend Crew to others.
• Your portfolio achieves revenue ($1-$2M) and profitability targets.
• You become a trusted advisor to owners and senior leaders.
• You help grow Crew's reputation within the food and beverage industry.

Who You Are

• 7+ years of experience in agency, CPG, food, beverage, or QSR marketing.
• Proven experience leading client strategy and senior stakeholder relationships.
• Commercially minded with a passion for growing business.
• Strong communicator who can simplify complexity and inspire action.
• Strategic thinker who enjoys both building relationships and driving results.
• Ambitious, collaborative, and excited to help build something special.
• Located in British Columbia. We are a remote agency, but we are looking for a regional leader in this role.

Compensation & Growth

• Base Salary: $95,000 annually
