In this role, you will take full ownership of producing, designing, and automating complex client and regulatory reports within a dynamically growing team.

- design, construct, and maintain complex client and regulatory reports entirely from scratch using advanced Excel techniques and specialized reporting tools
- take a hands-on approach to extracting, transforming, and reconciling financial data across internal systems and specialized reporting platforms (e.g., Vermillion, Kurtosys)
- manage and oversee the timely delivery of monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc investment reporting packages
- handle ESG and Responsible Investing disclosures, ensuring strict data accuracy and compliance with global reporting standards
- prepare, review, and distribute multi-language factsheets and investor materials with high precision
- act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on regulatory and client reporting processes, providing technical guidance to global operational teams
- streamline operational workflows, optimize control procedures, and maintain up-to-date documentation
- execute reporting responsibilities autonomously while meeting tight deadlines and strict service level agreements (SLAs)
- university or college degree (BSc/MSc) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- strong, proven hands-on Excel expertise (Pivot, VLOOKUP, complex formulas, data transformation) with a key emphasis on building reports entirely from scratch
- 5+ years of relevant experience in client reporting, regulatory reporting (e.g., MiFID II), or middle-office investment operations
- background in asset management, banking, or financial services
- deep understanding of financial instruments, trade lifecycle, and middle-office processes
- practical experience with SQL and handling client reporting platforms is a strong advantage
- excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills with high attention to detail
- strong written and verbal English communication skills
