Senior Client Services About Y TREE We are a rapidly growing WealthTech business that is re-defining how individuals and families connect and engage with their money. We provide our clients with control over their personal finances, enhancing their ability to achieve their financial and life aspirations. We are harnessing sophisticated portfolio analytics, innovative behavioural psychology and cutting-edge UX/UI to create a revolutionary experience and transformational outcomes for our users. The business was founded in 2017 by three successful entrepreneurs and business-builders with diverse experiences and skill-sets in Technology, Corporate Advice and Investment Management and is backed by some of Europe’s leading investors. Team Overview The Y TREE Client Team team is one of the largest and most integral in the business. By delivering a seamless and highly personalised financial advice, you will build the foundational trust that underpins long-term client relationships. As a team we operate with a flat hierarchy and an ego-free environment that values collaboration, inclusivity and mutual respect. As a fast-growing company, there are ample opportunities for individuals to advance their careers, take on more responsibility, and progress rapidly. This is a chance for someone to join a small, collaborative team and play an active role in building a business. The Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Client Services Analyst to join our team with an aspiration in becoming a Chartered Financial Planner. In this critical role, you will be the subject matter expert and escalation point within the team, responsible for the flawless, timely, and safe execution of all client-related operational functions. Execute account transfers with a high degree of autonomy, manage escalations, and proactively communicate with clients and providers to meet strict SLAs. Act as a key operational liaison and escalation point for all client cash movements and time-sensitive private equity capital calls, ensuring absolute precision. Manage invoicing and fund collection, taking the lead on resolving complex payment issues. Champion the accuracy and security of all client data and advice records in full compliance with GDPR, leading data remediation projects as required. Handle complex client communications ensuring the one-business-day SLA is met. About You CII qualifications are preferable, but not essential. If you have completed CSI or the CFA we would expect you to have started some financial planning qualifications, or that you can demonstrate an interest in studying this in the future. Further qualifications will be supported by the business, where appropriate. You will have 12-24 months work experience in financial services, working as an administrator or client services professional. This could be from an institutional or retail background. You will have a 2:1 or higher degree with an excellent dissertation mark (or equivalent). You are an energetic self-starter who thrives on autonomy and is adept at prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines. You are looking for more challenges and the opportunity to develop your career in financial planning and advice. You possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and are highly responsive. You are an effective collaborator, confident working as part of a team that is building a business. You have a keen eye for detail and find satisfaction in completing tasks and ticking off lists. This is imperative. You are solutions-led with the ability to proactively seek answers. What's in it for you? Once eligible, you'll be able to enroll onto our private healthcare plan through Vitality. This includes perks like 50% off premium gym memberships and access to their exclusive rewards programme. Support for your mental health and wellbeing through our employee assistance programme. 25 days of annual leave per year. This is 25 days each year where we expect you to turn your phone off and switch off; we would never ask you to book leave for a doctor's appointment or to see your children's school plays. Regular team socials to help you switch off from work and get to know your colleagues in an environment away from your desk. We ensure socials are well-balanced and offer a variety of activities to suit different needs so you always feel welcome. A welcoming, dog-friendly London office with appropriate spaces to cater for those with varying needs in the form of various breakout spaces and silent booths. A 3% employer pension contribution as standard, with generous additional employer contributions if you choose to make your pension contributions via salary sacrifice As well as, a range of family-friendly policies, support towards professional qualifications, electric car schemes and more! Career Pathway & Development We are committed to your growth and will provide a fully supported training and examination plan to build your career. The objective is to help you gain a foundational knowledge of the regulatory environment, enabling progression to an Analyst role in a minimum of 12 months. Our mission at Y TREE is to build diversity in our teams; diversity of thought, culture, backgrounds and perspectives. Please come as you are and let us know if there are any reasonable adjustments we can make to support you in your application process. Additionally, if you don't feel you meet 100% of the requirements please apply anyway if you feel you can demonstrate your suitability to the role. Please note, that sponsorship is not available for this role. Department Client Team Locations London Remote status Hybrid
