• Manages and interprets a wide variety of clinical or EHR based data
• Formulates and helps to define the scope or format of reports
• Uses clinical knowledge, background, or experience to guide analytic needs
• Compiles clinical data to meet customer requirements or analytic needs
• Work with members of technical teams to determine data availability, robustness, and fitness for release
• Identifies trends within data and makes recommendations for quality improvement

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
  • None Required.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences:

• Master's/Bachelor's in Nursing with hands-on hospital, clinic, or public health experience.
• Strong background in EHR/clinical data analysis, SQL, other data manipulation languages and Google Cloud or other cloud environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
