We're working with a leading Pharma/CRO to find a Senior Clinical Research Associate for a permanent, home-based position in Belgium. You'll be owning site oversight across complex, multinational trials and acting as the primary contact between investigational sites, sponsors and internal project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead clinical site monitoring across assigned studies.
• Act as the main contact for sponsors, CRAs, and investigational sites.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Support site start-up, recruitment, and issue resolution.

What you'll need:

🔹 CRA experience in Pharma or a CRO

🔹 Strong knowledge of GCP, regulatory requirements and clinical research practices

🔹 Trilingual — English, French and Dutch

🔹 Ability to travel to investigational sites regularly
