Senior Clinical Research Associate -CA or TX based-Direct Hire – Growing Biotech

An innovative and expanding biotech company focused on central nervous system (CNS) disorders is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (SCRA). This role will oversee site management and monitoring activities across designated programs, ensuring that clinical trials are executed in accordance with the study protocol, ICH/GCP guidelines, applicable regulatory standards, and internal SOPs and work instructions.

This role is fully remote, with approx. 70% travel expected.

We are seeking the following individual:

• Experienced CRA with 5+ years of independent field monitoring industry experience
• Must reside in CA or TX
• Bachelors Degree required
