This culture of freedom and respect is what enables us to push boundaries in crafting AI solutions. ​ Job Description What You'll Do Support cloud platform architecture, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives Translate high-level architecture decisions into practical engineering tasks and delivery plans Drive improvements across platform patterns including networking, IAM, security, observability, automation, and deployment workflows Troubleshoot and escalate complex cloud operations issues, providing senior technical guidance and solutions Mature runbooks, monitoring strategies, alerting frameworks, support handoffs, and operational documentation Identify platform gaps, technical debt, architectural risks, and prioritize improvement opportunities Collaborate with product teams across multiple projects and business units to align cloud infrastructure with application needs Mentor engineers on cloud architecture, DevOps best practices, and operational excellence Work closely with Google Cloud, internal infrastructure teams, and external partners to optimize platform capabilities Lead incident response and post-incident reviews for cloud platform issues Establish and enforce cloud governance, compliance, and security standards Requirements What You'll Bring Strong experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud infrastructure Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform in enterprise environments Expert knowledge of GCP services including compute, networking, storage, IAM, Cloud SQL, and observability Strong proficiency in infrastructure as code using Terraform or similar tools Deep experience with CI/CD platforms (GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Helm) and deployment automation Deep experience with Kubernetes/ GKE, container orchestration, load balancing, and networking Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, Go, or similar) Experience supporting mission-critical production cloud workloads at scale Solid understanding of cloud security, compliance frameworks, and IAM best practices Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions Proven track record of mentoring engineers and driving architectural standards Excellent communication and documentation skills with ability to work across teams Experience with incident management, troubleshooting, and escalation handling How to Apply Describe your senior cloud platform engineering and operations experience Share examples of architecture improvements, production systems, or operational transformations you've led Tell us why you are interested in joining Suzega What Happens Next We will review applications If shortlisted, you'll participate in two virtual interviews with our Trusted Interviewers You will have to complete a cloud architecture and operations assessment We will aim to complete our selection process within two weeks and notify you of our decision Why This Matters At Suzega, we're not just building better AI—we're thinking about how AI can work better with people and society.
