Senior C#/.NET Developer

Contract: 12-month daily rate contract

Working arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite Dublin City Centre

We are recruiting a Senior C#/.NET Developer with strong SQL Server expertise and experience within securities and custody. You will contribute to the development and support of financial services applications, working across backend systems, integrations and user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using C#/.NET and SQL Server.
• Write and optimise complex T-SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Contribute to React.js interfaces and messaging integrations using Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Support application builds and deployments within Linux, OpenShift, Kubernetes and Docker environments.
• Apply automated testing, continuous integration and Agile development practices.
• Work with business stakeholders on securities, custody and SWIFT messaging requirements.
• Collaborate with Production Support to investigate and resolve issues when required.

Key Requirements

• 8–13 years’ relevant development experience, with strong expertise in C#/.NET and T-SQL/MS SQL Server.
• Experience with React.js, Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Experience with OpenShift, Linux, Kubernetes and Docker.
• Understanding of automated testing, Agile delivery and continuous integration.
• Securities and custody domain experience within financial services.
• Knowledge of SWIFT ISO 15022 and ISO 20022 messaging standards.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work closely with Production Support.

Desirable Experience

• C/C++ or F#.
• Git and Jira.
