We are broadening our vision beyond diabetes to empower people to take control of health. That means personalized, actionable insights aimed at solving important health challenges. We are driven by thousands of ambitious, passionate people worldwide who are willing to fight like warriors to earn the trust of our customers by listening, serving with integrity, thinking big, and being dependable. We've already changed millions of lives and we're ready to change millions more. We'll get there by constantly reinventing unique biosensing-technology experiences. Though we've come a long way from our small company days, our dreams are bigger than ever. Senior Commercial Forecasting Analyst – UK
Meet the team:
Join Dexcom's EMEA Commercial Forecasting & Analytics team and act as a strategic business partner to commercial leadership, providing data-driven forecasts and insights that inform key business decisions and shape how we bring life-changing diabetes technology to patients.
The numbers we put together don't just sit in a spreadsheet — they guide decisions across the business, from commercial planning and marketing to supply chain and investor relations. You will be working directly with senior leaders from day one, connecting the dots between strategy, insights and market trends, and turning them into a clear direction the business can act on.
If you enjoy understanding how markets evolve, solving complex business problems and translating uncertainty into actionable forecasts, you will feel right at home here.
Where you come in:
As Senior Commercial Forecasting Analyst, you’ll play a central role in leading both short-term and long-term revenue forecasting for Dexcom’s portfolio working closely with commercial teams, market access, operations and supply chain. You will be responsible for:
- Acting as a strategic partner for commercial leaders, providing insights and recommendations that support the identification of growth opportunities and risks, helping to shape the direction of the business
- Owning the quarterly revenue forecasting process and supporting the long-range planning (LRP) cycle across multiple regions
- Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders (analytics, pricing, commercial, marketing, market access…) to assess opportunities and risks, define robust forecast assumptions and align forecasts with strategic goals
- Presenting forecast assumptions and results to senior leadership, using clear, compelling and well-structured presentations and visualisations
- Leverage data to identify trends, growth drivers, and emerging risks, translating them into actionable insights that strengthen forecast quality and business planning
- Performing variance analysis to identify key performance drivers, explain changes versus expectations, and highlight emerging risks and opportunities
- Building scalable forecasting models and scenarios that help the business understand the impact of market dynamics and strategic decisions
- Drive continuous improvement of forecasting processes and methodologies to enhance business value, increase efficiency, and support the continued growth of the organisation
This role requires someone who’s not afraid to get your hands into the data, but who can also step back and think strategically. You’ll be joining a team where your insights will shape decisions — and where your enthusiasm and hunger to learn will be celebrated.
What makes you successful:
You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:
- Previous experience in Commercial Forecasting, Management Consulting, Commercial Analytics, FP&A, Business Planning, or a similar analytical or commercial function
- Strong business and commercial acumen, with the ability to understand market dynamics, identify growth opportunities and risks, and translate them into business recommendations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to combine data, insights, and business priorities to support decision-making
- Excellent communication or storytelling skills in English, with the ability to present complex topics clearly and confidently to a range of stakeholders, including senior leadership
- A collaborative mindset. You are a team player with proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and work effectively across functions

- Proactive and adaptable, comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a growth mindset and a continuous focus on improvement and value creation
