Senior Commercial Strategy Analyst - Dublin - Hybrid

Barden are partnering with a high-growth, Dublin-based business on a newly created Senior Commercial Strategy Analyst role. It's an exciting time to join, as the business is part of a global group with significant new growth opportunities ahead.

This role will sit at the heart of the commercial function in an international business with a strong B2B and direct-to-consumer presence, working across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Tackle the business's most important commercial questions as an individual contributor
• Shape decisions on pricing, supply, ancillaries, CRM and marketing campaigns
• Partner with the Heads of Commercial and P&L leads across regions
• Turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
• Present insights to the senior leadership group and help set commercial priorities

• A background in strategy consulting or in-house strategy
• A structured, analytical problem solver who gets to the answer through data
• Strong commercial instincts and an understanding of what drives revenue and margin
• The confidence to engage and influence senior stakeholders
• Someone self-directed and easy to work with, who owns their work end to end
