Senior Community Management Specialist

About this Position Be the one responsible for ensuring that the voice of the consumer is being heard across the brand. Start a conversation with our community, listen to their needs and support them. Increase the engagement on our Beauty care brands. You will work closely with Henkel digital organization located in Headquarters as well regional and local digital teams to achieve our mission. What you´ll do Representing of Henkel brand through social media, identifying common themes, issues or requests Building a relationship with community via authentic communication and engagement on Instagram and Facebook (likes, comments, direct messages etc.) Connect with engaged followers and go deep by going through profile and for personalized product recommendations and local availability Comment on tagged posts and stories by communities, especially of Brand Influencers and re-share their stories Derive community insights to the countries and relevant Brand teams that can lead to relevant rationales for product development What makes you a good fit Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or related field Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media management, or customer service, coupled with a genuine interest in and passion for beauty and personal care p roducts within our portfolio A true digital native in social platforms like Facebook & Instagram, and Community management tools like Sprinklr Strong copywriting and communication skill; A natural networker, fast thinker, solution oriented and creative in finding solutions Amenable to work on a night shift schedule (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati Some perks of joining Henkel A thriving career with the Top 15 Best Workplaces in the Philippines by Great Place to Work and the Top GBS Employer in the Philippines by the Everest Group for 4 consecutive years!
