Your Tasks and Responsibilities:


  • Support the annual compensation and benefits review cycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and support initiatives related to pay equity and compliance with pay transparency directives.
  • Drive development and implementation of job family architecture projects.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies to ensure competitive compensation and benefits offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to analyze and improve employee benefits programs.
  • Provide analytical support for compensation-related data and reporting.
  • Participate in the design and communication of compensation and benefits policies


What you offer:


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Finance, or a related field.
  • 6 -8 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in financial services or asset management.
  • Advanced proficiency in compensation analysis and compensation and benefits policy development .
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in financial services and asset management affecting compensation and benefits.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Advanced level of English
  • German knowledge would be an added value
