We will count on you to:
- Be the main point of contact for some small client relationships
- Support analysis and client delivery in multiple Career Practices for new or complex projects
- Manage small-scale projects within a designated Career Practice, delivering high-quality, client-ready outputs with minimal revisions required.
- Draft and prepare client contracts, agreements, and related documentation.
- Respond to client requests and inquiries, ensuring timely and effective support.
- Understand the broader context of a client’s situation and how it links to other people initiatives
- Contribute to business development for small, standard opportunities
- Create technical input for high profile, complex proposals as requested
What you need to have:
- 2 years of working experience in consultancy in Human Resources or as internal Payroll or Compensation and Benefits professional.
- Strong domain knowledge, and client management experience in human resource consulting.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and presentation skills.
What makes you stand out:
- Proficient in both Greek and English
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
- The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously on a variable schedule based on project demand and link challenges to broader business or industry context
- An active listener -- giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made and asking questions as appropriate
