A bit about this role:
The Sales and Marketing Compliance team is responsible for driving and maintaining internal and external compliance for the business as well as corporate policy as we continue to build and scale our company and culture. This team develops and executes external audits to ensure sales and marketing activities are in compliance with CMS guidelines and conducts investigations related to agent/agency activity.
In this role, the Senior Compliance Analyst is responsible for the escalated and more complex agent and agency investigations related to sales and marketing, including recommending and assigning corrective actions. The Senior Compliance Analyst will train Devoted associates who join the compliance team during the high volume season and conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure compliancy standards are met. They will serve as a resource to other analysts on investigative approach, documentation standards and escalation decisions.
This position will report to the Sales & Marketing Compliance Manager.
Your Responsibilities and Impact will include:
Serve as a compliance investigator for escalated and complex case investigations, corrective action recommendations and remediation activities related to sales and marketing
Communicate with both internal and external partners to drive results, keeping key stakeholders informed of case status, emerging risk and barriers to resolution
Draft and update complex compliance policies, procedures and investigative job aids, and recommend changes based on trends observed across cases and audits
Present case findings to an Agent Review Board in a clear and concise manner that allows for quick and objective decision making
Serve as a subject matter resource to Compliance Analysts on investigative methodology, evidence standards, documentation quality and corrective action precedent
Identify trends across cases and recommend process, training and system improvements that reduce investigation cycle time and pending case volume
Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Sales Operations, Legal and Technology, to gather input, resolve issues and support enhancements to the investigative workflow system
Required skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree
2+ years experience in a Medicare Advantage marketing, sales, or compliance role, including hands-on experience conducting investigations
Attention to detail, organized and thorough with a desire for continuous process improvements
Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to change quickly and strong ability to problem solve
Takes initiative to organize work effectively and manage a high volume, mixed complexity caseload against defined turnaround times
Ability to critically assess information from multiple sources, reach a defensible conclusion, and recognize when a matter needs to be escalated
Demonstrated record of reliably delivering work and projects that meet defined objectives with limited day to day oversight
Desired skills and experience:
Desire and flexibility to collaborate with co-workers in a virtual environment as a team player
Experience in conducting monitoring and auditing activities of TPMO’s

Salary Range: $58,000-$96,000 / year
The pay range listed for this position is the range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting. Once the interview process begins, your talent partner will provide additional information on the compensation for the role, along with additional information on our total rewards package. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
