Senior Compliance Officer

Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, monitor, and continuously improve the corporate compliance and data privacy program. Lead compliance initiatives, awareness campaigns, training activities, and promote a strong culture of compliance across the organization. Provide compliance and data privacy advice on moderately to highly complex matters, including regulatory interpretation and risk mitigation. Manage compliance processes and systems, including third-party due diligence, sensitive transaction approvals, and compliance assurance activities. Draft, review, and update compliance-related policies, procedures, manuals, guidelines, and reports in line with applicable laws and regulations. Lead compliance risk assessments, investigations, and testing of compliance process effectiveness, including preparation of findings and recommendations. Act as the Data Protection Officer (DPO) under PDPA, overseeing data privacy compliance, ROPA maintenance, privacy assessments, incident consultations, and regulatory coordination. Monitor regulatory developments, industry practices, and compliance landscape changes to ensure ongoing legal and regulatory compliance. Coordinate with external compliance service providers and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior compliance personnel and support cross-functional collaboration on compliance matters. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Accounting, Finance, or related fields. Minimum 7 years of experience in compliance within multinational companies or large organizations. Strong knowledge of compliance, corporate governance, regulatory requirements, and data privacy practices. Experience in PDPA/data privacy matters and Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsibilities is advantageous. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with high ethical standards and confidentiality. Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Leadership capability, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
