We are looking for:

Senior Consultant | CEE Managed Services Growth & Transformation

Your future role:

• Support regional reporting, pipeline management, governance and transformation activities,

• Maintain accurate management information, trackers, dashboards and action logs,

• Coordinate actions, follow-ups and inputs from stakeholders across territories and teams,

• Provide analytical and operational support for account and market activation initiatives,

• Assist with delivery model transformation and location strategy execution,

• Prepare presentations, meeting materials and concise updates for leadership discussions,

• Analyse data, identify inconsistencies and support the development of practical recommendations,

• Help improve recurring processes through automation, templates and disciplined ways of working.

Apply if you have:

• Experience in business analysis, reporting, project coordination, commercial support, transformation or a related area,

• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data, trackers and management information,

• Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create clear and high-quality outputs,

• Good organisational skills, attention to detail and reliable follow-through,

• The ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, actions and deadlines,

• A proactive mindset, curiosity and willingness to take ownership,

• Comfort working in a changing, international and fast-paced environment,
• You demonstrate knowledge of new technologies and AI-based tools in your daily work (e.g. task automation, information analysis, content creation),

• Fluent English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Power BI, CRM, project management or workflow tools,

• Exposure to Managed Services, professional services or regional programmes,

• Interest in AI-powered tools, automation and data visualisation.
