Why Assessio?

At Assessio, we believe that people are the key to organisational success. By combining science, technology and human expertise, we help organisations make better people decisions and unlock potential.

In 2024, S&F Personalpsychologie and HR Diagnostics joined Assessio, bringing their established expertise in psychological assessments in Germany into our growing European organisation.

As a leading European HR Tech company, we support organisations with research-based assessment solutions and professional services.

We are now looking for an experienced Senior Consultant – Eignungsdiagnostik & Assessment to join our team in Stuttgart for an 80% position.

About the role

As an experienced Consultant, you will bring your expertise and experience to help organisations make confident, evidence-based people decisions.

Your main focus will be on:

  • Individual assessments and assessment centres (approximately 80%)

  • Client training and facilitation (approximately 20%).

We are looking for someone who is already confident in independently managing complex assessment assignments, from initial client discussions to assessment delivery, reporting and feedback. You will work with professionals across different seniority levels, including senior leaders and executives.

Beyond your assessment expertise, this role also offers opportunities to broaden your consultancy responsibilities. Over time, you can become more involved in client relationships, commercial opportunities and the development of our services.

Main responsibilities

  • Independently plan, conduct and evaluate psychological assessments and assessment centres using scientifically grounded methods.

  • Translate complex assessment findings into clear, practical recommendations that support clients' decision-making.

  • Advise clients on assessment approaches tailored to their organisational needs.

  • Deliver engaging client training, including assessment platform training, interview training and learning agility workshops.

  • Build trusted relationships with clients and recognise opportunities to create additional value.

  • Share your expertise and collaborate with colleagues across Professional Services to continuously improve our offerings.

Who are you?

We are looking for an experienced assessment professional who combines deep psychological expertise with strong consultancy skills and the confidence to advise clients at different organisational levels.

We believe you bring:

  • An academic degree in psychology, occupational psychology or a related field.

  • Extensive hands-on experience independently planning, conducting and evaluating psychological assessments, including complex assignments and assessments of senior professionals.

  • Strong knowledge of scientifically grounded assessment methods and psychometric quality standards.

  • Proven experience advising clients, presenting findings and delivering clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.

  • Experience delivering professional training, workshops or group facilitation.

  • Professional fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.

You are confident in your professional judgement, comfortable taking full ownership of assignments and skilled at translating psychological insights into meaningful business recommendations. You enjoy building trusted client relationships and contributing your experience to a collaborative team.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with international clients.

  • Familiarity with DIN 33430.

  • Experience or an interest in client relationship management and commercial consultancy.

Reporting

You will report to the Head of Professional Services Western Europe and be part of a collaborative team working across Germany and other European markets.
