Senior Consultant - FATCA / CRS Testing & Validation
Delta Consulting CompanyOur Delta Technology team is looking for a Senior Consultant – FATCA / CRS Testing & Validation to support one of our clients.
The Senior Consultant – FATCA / CRS Testing & Validation will have the following responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute functional and operational test scenarios related to FATCA and CRS requirements
- Plan and coordinate testing activities for the FATCA/CRS Tax Year 2026 reporting campaign
- Document and maintain evidence of controls performed
- Validate the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of reporting data
- Perform integration, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Identify, document, and follow up on testing defects and data quality issues
- Coordinate remediation activities with Business and IT stakeholders
- Review reporting outputs and regulatory reporting files
- Produce testing evidence, execution reports, status reports, and recommendations
- Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of the Test Strategy and Test Cases
- Maintain the Defect and Remediation Log
- Perform data quality assessments
- Contribute to the Final Readiness and Validation Report for FATCA/CRS Tax Year 2026
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise on FATCA, CRS and AEOI requirements
The Senior Consultant – FATCA / CRS Testing & Validation will also contribute to the Delta community by sharing testing expertise and best practices with other consultants.
As a Delta consultant, the Senior Consultant – FATCA / CRS Testing & Validation will act as a Subject Matter Expert and support other team members when functional testing or QA expertise is required.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of FATCA and CRS regulatory requirements
- Have good knowledge of DAC8 and regulatory reporting obligations
- Have proven experience in testing, Quality Assurance, and data validation
- Have proven experience in preparing, executing, and documenting functional and operational test scenarios
- Have experience with integration testing, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to investigate and interpret complex datasets
- Be able to identify, document, track, and follow up on defects and data quality issues
- Be comfortable working and coordinating with both Business and IT stakeholders
- Demonstrate strong communication, coordination, rigor, and documentation skills
- Have experience reviewing regulatory reporting outputs and files
- Have hands-on experience with FITAX – mandatory
- Be able to work effectively in a regulatory and banking environment
- English speaking are mandatory, additional language is considered as an advantage
