We are seeking professionals with relevant experience from a consulting background delivering operation and transformation strategy with specific exposure to the water industry. This role offers significant exposure, responsibility, and the opportunity to help shape not only a growing practice but the ability to shape the water industry of the future This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of three days per week in our London office, depending on project needs. National and international travel will be required. Lead workstreams across strategy and transformation engagements and also delivering commercial due diligence assignments. Work directly with senior stakeholders across the water sector. Support operational improvement and value-creation initiatives. Contribute to practice growth, thought leadership, and team development. Experience in strategy or management consulting Exposure to the water sector and transformation-focused projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Confidence working with senior stakeholders. A collaborative, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset. Why join us?
