We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Senior Consultant to join our Operational Excellence practice area, located in Paris (France) and support us on a broad range of operations streamlining projects of different scope and complexity.

Our Operational Excellence team focuses on:

• Operational Process Optimization: Leading initiatives to streamline insurance operations, improving efficiency and cost performance through workflow analysis, process redesign, and the deployment of AI‑enabled tools to accelerate productivity gains and continuous improvement.
• Claims Excellence: Driving the optimization of claims operations to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction across the end‑to‑end claims lifecycle.
• Change & People Excellence: Partnering with cross‑functional teams to design and deliver change strategies and targeted training programs, ensuring effective adoption of HR initiatives and strong alignment with broader organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities / You will get to:

• Complete all assignments under the guidance of an Allianz Consulting Engagement Manager, including all project deadlines and deliverables, troubleshooting and problem resolution, facilitation, client and stakeholder management and all other relevant aspects of the assignments.
• Provide support to existing clients while ensuring effective and efficient key account management and coach more junior project team members.
• Contribute to pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager.
• Discuss with the Engagement Manager ideas of possible future client needs that may lead to projects.
• Contribute to and lead internal projects.

Key requirements / What we hope you bring:

• Operational insurance business and consultancy experience for more than 4 years
• Experience in operations programs, with a solid understanding of productivity management, business process re-engineering, and Agile methodologies,
• Analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Project and Program Management methods and techniques, process development and continuous improvement,
• Strong client relationship management skills,
• Strong team player with high assertiveness and ability to work under pressure with limited guidance and meet demanding deadlines.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformation
• Master's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and AI tools.

Desired requirements /skills /experience

• Experience in operational excellence, change management, quality management, integration, and re-organization as well as training and lecturing
• International work experience (min. 6 months)
