Senior Content Strategist — Viral Hooks & Video Ideas (Remote, Full-Time, US Agency)

We're not hiring a content calendar person. We're hiring the person who decides what we should capture with our clients.

Voe Media grows personal brands on social media. We record new content with every client, every single month — and this role decides what that content should be.

Right now, across our client roster, we're pulling over 1 billion views every quarter. Ideas are the bottleneck to doing that at an even bigger scale. We're hiring one person to own that end-to-end, full-time.

Our clients aren't generic brands — they're some of the most interesting people in their space. You'll be doing research and building ideas for people worth paying attention to, not filler content for a faceless company page.

What you'll own:

• A running, never-empty pipeline of viral-caliber video ideas — feeding what we actually shoot with clients every month, not just editing what already exists
• Hook scripts sharp enough to stop a scroll in under a second, written for how each specific client actually talks
• Deep research inside each client's niche — trends, competitors, what's already working — so ideas are informed bets, not guesses
• Making sure every idea is on-brand for that client, not just "generic viral"
• Using AI tools to move faster — but never letting AI's default ideas be the ceiling on your own

What you need to bring:

• A track record — ideally with numbers attached — of content ideas or hooks that actually performed
• Native or near-native English — this work lives or dies on word choice
• Real fluency in why things go viral, not just what's trending this week
• Enough taste to say no to a mediocre idea, enough range to hit ten different client voices without sounding the same
• Comfort using AI as a tool, not a crutch — you're the judgment AI doesn't have
• Independence and start-up mentality — you have full ownership over this portion of content creation

Compensation: $2,500–$3,500 USD/month, full-time, 100% remote.
