Strittmatter Wealth Management Group is seeking a highly skilled and proactive GoHighLevel Specialist to serve as our primary GoHighLevel administrator and automation specialist. This role will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing our CRM, workflows, funnels, integrations, and marketing systems to support lead generation, appointment scheduling, client engagement, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the firm's GoHighLevel CRM and sub-accounts
- Create and maintain advanced workflows, automations, campaigns, and triggers
- Build and optimize landing pages, forms, surveys, calendars, and sales funnels
- Develop email marketing, SMS marketing, and appointment reminder systems
- Integrate GoHighLevel with third-party applications using Zapier, Make.com, APIs, and webhooks
- Configure domains, phone systems, email services, and other technical integrations
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking systems
- Support lead generation campaigns, educational events, workshops, and advisor marketing initiatives
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions
- Document systems, workflows, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with advisors, marketing staff, and leadership to improve processes and automation
- Maintain data accuracy, compliance standards, and CRM organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience
- Strong experience creating workflows, automations, and CRM systems
- Experience designing landing pages, funnels, forms, and surveys
- Knowledge of lead generation, appointment setting, and marketing automation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience supporting financial services, professional services, insurance, or advisory firms preferred
- Strong project management and documentation skills
Software & Technology Skills
- Advanced GoHighLevel experience required
- Zapier and/or Make.com automation experience
- Experience with Twilio, LC Phone, Mailgun, SMTP services, and domain management
- Knowledge of webhooks and API integrations
- Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
- CRM administration and pipeline management experience
- Experience with Redtail CRM preferred
- Familiarity with RingCentral preferred
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, tracking tools, and reporting dashboards
- Must have reliable high-speed internet (this will be verified)

Pay: $8.00-$13.00 per hour Depending on Experience + Performance Bonuses Available
Work Schedule: Must be available during Central Standard Time (CST) business hours for meetings and collaboration.
Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week
