About the Company

A Fortune 200 global organisation is building its Global Capability Centre in India and has partnered with Flexiple to hire a senior writer to anchor its content function. This is a ground-floor seat with the scope to set the editorial bar and mentor the writers who follow. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Senior Content Writer, you will own high-stakes content end to end and shape the standards the team writes to. You will lead on the pieces that matter most and raise the quality of everything the studio ships.

Key Responsibilities

Editorial Ownership

• Own flagship content across thought leadership, web, and long-form
• Set and uphold style, structure, and voice across the team
• Edit and elevate the work of other writers

Strategy & Impact

• Shape the content calendar around business and audience goals
• Partner with leadership, product, and design on priority pieces
• Use performance data to decide what to write and refine next

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5 to 10 years in content writing, editorial, or communications
• A standout portfolio of published, high-impact work
• Strong editing judgement and the ability to guide other writers
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience anchoring content for a global brand or GCC
• Comfort with SEO, analytics, and content management systems
• A track record of mentoring or leading a small content team
