About The Role

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in manufacturing IT solutions, MES, or Industry 4.0 projects.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and digitalization trends.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement manufacturing execution systems and related solutions.
Collaborate with clients to understand their production needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Provide technical support and training to clients during and after project deployment.
Participate in the continuous improvement of existing solutions and contribute to new product development.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including software developers, engineers, and project managers.
Ensure project deliverables are met on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
