Senior Controller

Are you an experienced finance professional who enjoys taking ownership, driving continuous improvement and challenging the status quo? We are looking for an experienced Senior Controller to strengthen our Group Control team. In this role, you will be responsible for the financial controlling of selected Corporate Functions, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across our international organization to provide financial insights, support decision-making and drive continuous improvements. Key responsibilities Take accountability for the financial controlling of selected Corporate Functions, including reporting, forecasting, analysis and business support Drive month-end closing, forecasting and reporting activities, ensuring timely and high-quality financial deliverables Analyze financial performance, identify trends and risks, and proactively propose solutions and recommendations Collaborate closely with Corporate Function Unit Leaders, business stakeholders and other stakeholders across countries to understand their needs, provide financial insights, and support decision-making Drive continuous improvement by simplifying, standardizing and automating our processes, reporting and ways of working, leveraging digital tools and AI where they create value Lead and contribute to development initiatives, process improvements and ad hoc projects What we offer This is an opportunity to take on a role where you can make a real impact on how Group Control supports our Corporate Functions and the wider business.
