Senior Controller / FP&A (Reporting & Data Focus)

This role will play a key part in driving reporting excellence, enhancing data integrity, and advancing automation and digitalization initiatives while contributing to strategic projects and continuous process improvement across the organization. The job ad is valid until 31.07.2026 Your tasks Co-own and execute group reporting, month-end closing, and management reporting Act as deputy to the Reporting Lead , ensuring continuity and quality of deliverables Support and coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes Ensure high-quality communication with Group Finance and stakeholders Analyze financial performance, identify drivers, and provide actionable insights Develop and enhance reporting processes, data models, and dashboards (Power BI) Improve data consistency and transparency across systems (Infostore, Abacus, Tagetik) Identify and implement automation opportunities (e.g., Power Automate, SQL-based solutions) Contribute to and support group-wide initiatives and transformation projects Perform ad-hoc analyses and support decision-making at management level Your profile Technical Skills Strong experience with Power BI (incl. DAX) and data visualization Solid knowledge of SQL and data modeling (mandatory) Advanced Excel skills Experience with data flows and integrations across systems (ERP, BI, planning tools) Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate) Interest in AI-supported reporting and analytics (e.g., Copilot, automation use cases) Fluent in English; German is a plus Qualifications Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or related field 5+ years of experience in controlling / FP&A / group reporting Proven experience in international / group reporting environments Personal Attributes Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of financial relationships Ability to translate data into business insights and clear communication High level of ownership and reliability Structured, solution-oriented, and hands-on approach Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across teams Proactive mindset with a focus on automation and continuous improvement Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Flexibility: Adjust your time to work efficiently, be it working hours, part-time options, or unpaid leave Extra vacation days: Need to take some extra time off?
