The Senior Corporate Officer will report to the Manager of the team or directly to the Head of Pool (HoP) and will: What You'll Do: You'll manage a portfolio of institutional real estate clients and oversee their ongoing corporate governance activities. You'll review client deliverables, draft and validate legal documentation, and coordinate Board and Shareholders’ meetings. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including asset managers, auditors, lawyers, tax advisors, and banks. You'll ensure regulatory compliance by overseeing KYC/KYT requirements, maintaining compliance records, and supporting FATCA/CRS reporting when required. You'll drive client satisfaction and business growth while mentoring team members and delivering high-quality, client-focused service. As such, we are open to conversations with employees related to setting up flexible working arrangements. About you: You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field. You have 4–6 years of experience in Corporate Law, with strong exposure to the Real Estate sector. You are experienced in corporate legal matters, including incorporations, liquidations, board resolutions, proxies, acquisitions, and annual reporting requirements. You are proficient in MS Office and familiar with business software such as SAP. You are fluent in English, and knowledge of additional languages (particularly French or German) as well as legal requirements in Germany, Italy, Spain, or Portugal would be an advantage.
